I cannot say enough wonderful things about this cover. It’s the traditional X-Men in their 70's costumes which I love. Giant imposing image of Magneto, one of my favorite love to hate anti-hero/villains. This to me is the definitive team presented with a wonderful Ross like style. Thanks to Mike Burkey for working with me on this.

Man, this really takes me back. This was my favourite and most loved team line-up, and of course, the greatest of all X-Men villains. Kudos, my friend, it's spectacular!

Massafera has developed his own style now from just a Ross knock off. Sure, I guess they both use gouache, watercolor, and airbrush. But a lot of guys use those tools too. For my money, I think Massafera's strengths are in pure drawing ability and in color composition.

Great composition and some straight unreal color work! Particularly love how the sheen on Colossus is rendered, as well as NC's brimstone! Congrats!

Stunning painting by Felipe Massafara! I agree with you that it's nice the X-men are shown in their '70s costumes. The whole painting is incredibly well done. Great pick-up!
