The different methods used for the inking is whatmakes this effective. From the crosshatching, dry brush, and thick bold fills, you get what made Mandrake's style great for the more mysterious characters.

Very much in the organic school of Klaus Janson inking. Mandrake has always been fabulous and this is a beautiful piece with wonderful lighting!
