Description
Fury #1"WHO IS S.C.O.R.P.I.O.?"
Art by Tom Reilly
Written by Al Ewing
Marvel Comics - May 24, 2023

Marvel celebrates Nick Fury's 60th with this issue! So much to love about this page from the rendering, the action, to the use of of shadow and light. I love it!

The additional face in the bottom panel is a small patch that Reilly did on a separate sheet and included with the page for Scorpio's face.

What a great looking piece. Beautiful artwork and somehow slightly sad the floating head didn't make it to the published page. Nick looks better than ever in this.

Who needs a patch panel when there is so much open space off to the left? Tom will draw anywhere!

A shocker of a page!  The whole sequence is something you've seen before, but done in an incredible manner to bring Reilly's storytelling and pacing to the fore.

You said it.  That is some amazing use of shadow and light.  Really beautifully drawn!

Dude I'm loving every page from this book you're posting.  This is some stellar top to bottom storytelling, capped off with dude getting capped!  Also, awesome use of light and shadow.  Congrats!
