Incredibly surreal wavy lines and stipplework bringing a sense of art deco. A full splash scene of the city involves extensive effort to get every minute detail from the biggest to the smallest of characters.
Another fantastic example! Matt's consideration for the whole environment of this splash page is mind boggling!
