Card No. 13 features Blaze, also known as Johnny Blaze (aka Ghost Rider). The painting jumps from the board in what has become the signature "Hildebrandt comic-book style" of painting, featuring bold lighting and an analogous color scheme. The character's face is surrounded by gunsmoke, drawing the viewer into the character's stoic gaze. The cool tones of the bkg. help set off the intensity of the red and magenta hues of the figure, culminating into the hot spots of yellow and white of his fiery powers.
