Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe Master Edition ME - Nomad by Keith Pollard - OHOTMU

This one ran me up a bit more than I thought it would in the recent Comic Connect auction - in fact, Nomad went for a higher price than any other recent OHOTMU ME pieces I could find - including Deadpool, Punisher and Iron Fist. So clearly not only are prices for these going up, but I am also obviously not rowing solo in the Nomad fan club. I've exchanged with a few collectors here on CAF that appreciate the character, but not to the tune that this piece ended up going for. So I was surprised, but prepared.
After all, Marvel sent Jack Monroe out to pasture long ago, and doesn't seem to have plans for his return. For me though he is still one of the most interesting, complex and genuine comic book characters I've read.
Maybe someday Marvel will decide to bring him back, but I'm keeping any hopes for that at bay.
No matter what, this was well worth it to me, as this is such a unique and special addition - and frankly Nomad stuff like this just doesn't come up very often - so I'm super grateful to have been paying attention and had the means to add it to the collection.
