Captain's Log, stardate 23.9, rounded off to the... nearest decimal point. Byrne has... traveled back in time to save Spock and the Vulcan species from... total annihilation. SO FAR... no... signs of Sarek's happiness, but I'm going to find it. If I have to tear this universe another black hole, I'm going to find it. I've... Got to, MISTER.

I agree that Byrne's Star Trek issues are some of his best post-1980s work.  He showed a clear appreciation for Trek lore, and all of the stories he wrote and drew were absolute winners.  Congrats on the great pickups!
