DescriptionKeith Giffen and Dave Hunt Video Jack #3 Page 9 Original Art (Marvel/Epic, 1988).If you don't recognize this page, you don't know Jack.... Video Jack, that is! It was a six-issue romp through the wild and wacky brains of Cary Bates and Keith Giffen. (Honestly, Jack and Damon were Muppets earlier in this story. MUPPETS!) The page was created in ink over graphite on DC Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". All text is printed paste-up, and much of it is coming loose and/or discolored. Can't resist a 12 panel page with how they play with the borders and word balloons during this time period. Visually connected panels have the word balloons pasted over and single shot have them contained for a symbiotic flow of story and art.
