Promotion artwork for the Starblast limited series and crossovers. Andy signed it '93. I do not think he ended up being the artist for the series. But, I do not even recall this series, really. I rememeber Quasar, helmet Thing, this Invisible Woman outfit, ponytail Nova, but, no real recollection of Starblast. This promo piece is awesome tho! It appeared in Marvel Age 131.

I wonder where all of Andy's Quasar artwork is? In the Quantum Zone??

With so many crossover and tie in characters, this looks like they were really pushing the title hard to get FF and X-Men fans' interest for the cosmic mini series. Whether inking, pencilling, or both, Andy Smith's pieces really pop with that cosmic power.
