DescriptionTHE SENTINELS ARE BACK!I remember it like it was Yesterday. We had a new, fresh X-team with Giant Size 1, then here we are only 5 issues past that and the dang Sentinels are back. Pages from the first Cockrum run are getting increasingly scarce and this is a fun one, excited to add it to the McSpidey Vault. The top panel packs it all in with one of the Sentinels, Banshee, Prof-X and Wolvie all trapped and hanging from the wall where they are being poked and prodded. Wolvie does some trash classic trash-talking, Bub in the next 3 panels. Bottom thee panels, bad guy monologues with Jean, with a night tight close up of her in the bottom right - classic Cockrum! The back of the page has a sketch of some animals and a Jaws movie poster sketch (Jaws was released in 75). scan in alt images Social/Sharing |

Seeing into the future would have been a much more useful power for Jean to have in this situation, considering what happened.

Those sharks are all in on this SAG-AFTRA strike. Cockrum unafraid to draw th feet of Jean, nipples of Wolverine, and hot bondage. Doctor Lang is about to break out his clamps for some sick experimentation in the name of "science". A rare, rare, rare specimen of first run Cockrum!

' nipples of Wolverine, and hot bondage ' are words that should never appear in a sentence together. Lol...Though lots of writers and artists seem to get a kick out of seeing him chained, shackled, and tied up. Hes pretty useless overall....Logans on the way? Claws out? Uttering absurdities about being the best? Wheres my large magnet?

The Sentinels are back! Yeah, those were the days when the Uncanny X-Men kept bringing wonders upon wonders... and it was just the beginning! Great page, of course!
