Description

A piece I grabbed off one of Park Jin Suky's drops in 2020, I was super excited to be able to get Battle Angel Alita. All the brushwork just come together to make her so mechanical and yet so alive at the same time. Park Jin Suky actually really liked this piece too and ended up making and subsequently selling out of custom shirts out of the art so feels pretty awesome to own the original!

Alita is in drawn in the cyberpunk manga tradition and she is drawn with both very human and technological features. It holds our fascination about artificial intelligence and our obsession with the meaning of life.

I think it's the detail with the hair and eyes that bring her to life while the detail from the neck below makes it so mechanical making an awesome blend that is Alita!
