Description

Garfield has finished his nighttime crooning, exhausted with microphone in hand. Created by the Mike Fentz from the Jim Davis Studio. The studio that conquered comic strips now brings its unique vision to fine art. Created in oil on gallery-wrapped stretched canvas with an image area of 22.5" x 16.5", matted and open-framed to 29.5" x 23.5". Signed by Davis in the lower right image area.

Very fun play on the premise of a cat howling at the full moon with Garfield's karaoke command performance! All lavishly painted down to the wood grain on the fence.

Absolutely love this piece! While many Davis collectors flock to the officiart comic strip art, in my mind, nothing beats a painted piece by the master cartoonist. Congrats and beauty piece!!
