Description
I didn’t notice his interior work for a long time, but I think that he has made some of the most beautiful painted comic covers in recent comic history. Although he is mostly known for his work related to Thor, I’m a huge fan of his covers on Uncanny X-Force.

I love it that he chose for a more realistic approach of depicting the face of Apocalypse and the colors used for this beautiful cover, painted on an oversized hard art board. I’m very happy to add another painting to my collection!
