Description
I've never had the chance to meet Ron Lim, even though he was a comic book rockstar in the 90s! I came across this on Heritage and was able to pick it up at a decent price. Heritage was unsure who the inker is and I can't make it out either but it's 1990s Cyclops (who I'm always cool with) by Ron Lim, so it works!

Best depiction of Cyclops with the X-Factor costume!  Lim even uses that paint brush swipe backdrop to indicate the era from which it's from.
