Teen Titans Annual 1 was an Infinite Crisis tie in issue that picks up after the events of Teen Titans (Vol 3) #32, which had Superboy Prime, declaring himself to be the one and true Superboy, show up to the Kent Farm to attack our Superboy: Conner Kent. Superboy Prime gives Conner a devastating beat down and Teen Titans Annual 1 picks up from there with the Titans bringing Conner back to the Titans Tower to place him in a healing tank. Lex Luthor, concerned for Conner's wellbeing as his sort-of Father, uses a teleporting device to sneak into the tower to monitor his recovery.'

That is when we get to this page where Wonder Girl (Cassandra Sandsmark) and Robin (Tim Drake) confront Luthor, with Cassie telling him to stop pretending like he cares about Conner. And right before Cassie can lasso him, Luthor uses his teleporter again to make a swift exit.
