Very nice design that you'd find in an early 20th century newspaper or menagerie of curiosities done for amusement and to fool the public for their entertainment. If you crossbred fish and birds, you'd get fish drumsticks! The cage is so imaginative as well thinking the fish mouth (no beak) is where it would do damage as opposed to those claws.
