CLICK HERE FOR AUCTION LISTING!Two 10.75x17" DC Comics/Vertigo artboards attached at center w/masking tape on back for overall size of 17x21.5" features pen and ink original art for two-page spread (pages 2-3) of Hawkman Vol. 4 #18, published by DC Oct. 2023. Title page art is by José Luis García-Lopéz and features large splash panel of Hawkman in flight, w/inset panel showing close-up of his eyes and smaller shadowed image of the Winged Wonder flying over city. Of note, black field at upper portion of artboard has six blocks where caption were once attached. These have since been colored in w/black marker. Two other empty rectangles appear at lower right. Top margins of each artboard have inked title and issue/page numbers. Back of each artboard has DC copyright inkstamps as well as "Art - J.L. Garcia Lopez" personal inkstamps. Two tiny spots of staining on left artboard (on landscape below Hawkman's feet), but o/w clean and Exc.
