Sensational use of Shadows and Black to illustrate gritty inter-City Landscape...Very powerful!!
When you see a DPS from the 90's requiring spots of repeating stats, you know it's the work of Bendis. Killer artists like Finch that he works with still make the pages more than worthwhile! This alleyway scene benefits from the layout to make the strip narrower. Really cool how they made the X-Men stories that were more adaptable to film than the main titles.
Awesome DPS from a great run on Ultimate X-Men! Huge congrats! Really loved how they were going through all the "new" characters.
