Hellblazer #24 Cover (1989)

Kent Williams' was part of a fine art infused wave in to the comics scene (late 80') and slices up the painting (look closely) to bring home the dark and gruesome story of the "Family Man" serial killer. It's the 1st appearance of a character who later appears in a Sandman story arc. The drama of the narative is brought home by the bigger than 2X up size of the piece. Graphic and breath taking. The "Family Man" is about to meet Constantine! I've had this piece in my collection for 30 years, picking it up from Kent around 1991. I remember thinking how does he still have this piece?? And feeling very lucky to pick it up.
