Warren publishing with 'Creepy' and 'Eerie' really brought some legendary talent to its pages. This one details a driver living as close to the redline and beyond with some startling consequences in the pursuit of being the winner.

Perhaps a cautionary tale with Howard bringing a feverish pitch as high in volume as tire's screeching on a raceway.

I was reminded immediately of something released well after, of the short film 'The Running Man' (Not the one with Arnold) from the 1987 'Neo Tokyo' Anthology.
