DescriptionThis was a promo Splash by John Beatty for the Paragon (Later AC Comics) character "SHADE". “Paragon illustrated #3” from 1970 has the first story with him in this costume. His First appearance is listed as "Americomics" #1 published by AC comics in 1983, but by that time they made changes to the costume. Beatty confirmed he did the pencils and Blyberg did the inks, then he signed it for me on the right side. Bill Black confirmed it was used as a promo for Paragon.Social/Sharing |
