That is, without a human crew..."This painting features Sanjulian's rendering of the terrifying George Toudouze's short story, "Three Skeleton Key" as adapted by Escape and Suspense during the Golden Age of Radio. Widely regarded as one of the mediums greatest thrillers, it was represented several times over the course of both series' run, with Vincent Price starring in most of the productions. Well worth a listen - its free online - it is one of the horror highlights from Price's career. Social/Sharing |

Great depiction of golden age of horror! The gothic overtones, the literary adaptation, and the young Price as the Prince of Horror all put into a piece that could serve as a book cover.
