I have been looking for a nice Groo example for YEARS. I have looked here on CAF, ComicLink auctions, and probably all of the comic art dealers' websites without finding ANYTHING. Enter CAFer Paul F. and his desire to acquire my Zeck Walking Dead cover. I looked over his collection and saw he had several Groo examples I would be happy with. Paul wasn't willing to let go any of his trading card art so he offered up what you are seeing here.

What's great about acquiring art in a trade is that you don't have to fight any people at auction. I knew there are tons of Groo fans out there and that the chances of me getting outbid are great. Just so you know, any Groo example I acquire really needed to have Groo's sidekick Rufferto. I also was looking at getting an image that was funny as well. Well this piece here satisfies both goals. Thanks go out to Paul for the smooth transaction and enjoy the scan!!!

Paul is a good guy. This is a great piece! Welcome to the club, even though you don't like fighting (over groo art) when that's what groo does best.

That's truly an awesome image! I used to own that and maybe just like with most art piece, I sort of regret selling it!
