Great camera movement from that first establishing shot to the closeup. Every panel a gem!
Beautiful pick up from one of my favorite stories of that year!
From the wide establishing shot progressing all the way down to the narrow stare, Bertram's focus on getting every bit of emotion out of the page is evident.
Stunning page. The character and environment designs on the book are just visionary. One of the great modern artists that we're lucky to have in the medium.
