RIMA THE JUNGLE GIRL #6 ART by NESTOR REDONDO

Original artwork for Rima the Jungle Girl #6 (DC, 1975), page 4 by the late great Nestor Redondo (pencils and inks). From the story entitled "Safari of Death," written by seasoned scribe Robert Kanigher. Gorgeous page features the beautiful Rima in each and every panel as she leads the white jaguar and his mate through the tropical foliage of forest of Parahuari to escape the danger of Trask and his hunting party. Lovely full image shot of Rima running full out in the first panel as well as a stunning close-up of the heroine and her feline companions in the large one-third splash panel, which makes this page super special!

Rima art is VERY RARE and seldom seen. These pages are a vivid and lasting testament to the remarkable talent of Nestor Redondo, who was one of the most gifted artists to emerge in the comic book market during the 1970's.
