Hawkgirl by Paul Rivoche

As the artist on the inaugural run of the groundbreaking comic, Mister X, Paul Rivoche was, along with writer and graphic designer Dean Motter, instrumental in devising a visual landscape that was as much a character of the series as the very denizens of Radiant City!

I met Paul again after his move to Warner Animation, where he worked designing environments for many of their TV series, including Batman Beyond, Superman, and Justice League. With these credentials, I knew he’d be perfect to create a commission of a favorite character from the latter, Hawkgirl!
