DescriptionI was extremely bummed to miss OAX this past weekend but it was for good reason. I had the opportunity to travel with my good friend and professional colorist/designer Rico Renzi to Comic Con India in Hyderabad. Rico was one of two international guests. While we were there we got to spend time with the other international guest, Danesh Mohiuddin.Danesh was born in Hyderabad, India and currently lives in Toronto, Canada. He's part of the RAID (Royal Academy Of Illustration & Design) studio there with Rámon Pérez, Marcus To, Scott Hepburn, Dylan Burnett, and other talented artists! There weren't many commissions or OA at the con but it was beautifully run and organized and plenty of wonderful books, comics, entertainment, and videos games to enjoy. I was excited to see Danesh brought some original art with him including this piece that he created for an exclusive print just for Comic Con India 2024 in Hyderabad! It was such a pleasure visiting and getting to know him and so many wonderful people, and I'm grateful I was able to pick this up and I look forward to enjoying the wonderful memories of the trip this piece will certainly carry with it. Really fun piece and a unique style to boot! Looks like it was a wonderful trip, and this is a great keepsake to remember it! Not gonna lie, I definitely missed you at OAX, but there are plenty more hangouts ahead of us! :)

By all accounts, OAX was universally lauded by attendees. But how many times will you get an opportunity to attend a Comic Con in Hyderabad? No brainer, which is clearly why you made the choice. Plus, there are so many incredibly talented Indian comic artists to discover there. A phenomenal piece to bring back with you, George!

I think a variant print with the Force ghosts of Ravi Shankar and George Harrison in the corners might just be in order. A great memento to cap a unique con experience. Congrats George!
