Dog Days of Summer #1, (Captain Carrot Story, p5)

Crisis on Earth 26!  Fans of Harren will get a kick out of all the big monster design elements as well as fan favorites Captain Carrot, Fastback , and Alley-Kat-Abra!  It might be the first and last time Harren draws these characters in his career.

Gorgeous page!  This may just be me, but the background of the first panel has an American style tatoo feel, with separate elements laid out without overlap.  Really interesting graphical feel.  The character designs, atmospherics, frenetic action, and how he spotted his blacks across the whole page are fantastic
