On this final page of prologue, Lieutenant Governer L'Ral watches from the dock as Black Bess and her nefarious crew embark on their mission to destroy Captain Raader and her Swashbucklers. Isherwood spent time to get the the galleon right and also ensured that it drips water into the harbor as it launches into the sky. The bottom of the panel has scattered brown drips of its own, perhaps a coffee stain.
