Art shows Dick Tracy, Sam Catchem and Uncle Kincaid commiserating legal troubles hanging over Uncle Kincaid's head, telling him to join his brother's family and try to enjoy Christmas. B.O. Plenty returns to Sunny Dell Acres w/Christmas tree and Santa Claus suit for Uncle Kincaid. Tracy meets up w/Tess Truehart and Bonnie Braids, who just finished their Christmas shopping. Last two panels show Uncle Kincaid dressed as Santa, trying his best to forget his worries and be of Christmas cheer for Sparkle Plenty and her adopted sister Wingy Plenty. First panel has portrait of Uncle Kincaid within "Christmas 1953" wreath as "Lady Hope" visits. Second panel features "Crimestoppers Textbook" tip regarding not keeping large amounts of cash in your home. Dick Tracy appears in six panels (two along w/Tess and Bonnie Braids). B.O. Plenty appears in two panels (one along w/Gravel Gertie). Bottom left panel has Chicago Tribune copyright strip. Top left margin has large date written in black marker. Artboard has been mounted to foamcore and shows scattered aging/dust soiling w/spot of moisture staining to top left margin and area of glue staining to title stat. Gould signature paste-over is missing, but o/w art remains clean and VF/Exc. Great Christmas content.
