Estrada's art is well-loved and Amethyst is a fun comic, plus the wonderful association with reading the stories with your daughter, so this is a fantastic pick-up!
Fantastic page to Amethyst by Rick Estrada and Bob Smith. Love the shape of the six panels all radiating from a central point. Beautiful art on the main characters and terrific inking. It's a marvelous piece of storytelling. Great pick-up, congrats!

I bought the first few issues of the first Amethyst maxi-series when they first came out and remember them being a fun read. In fact, I would love it if DC collected it into a single trade, as I'd love to read it again. This is great looking page with a fantastic panel design and layout as well as A+ content quality!
