Description
This battle is between Strontian, of the Shi'ar Imperial Guard Praetorians, and Ravenous leader of the post Annihilation Ceded Territories. Ravenous was ruling from Kree-Lar, when Vulcan sent Shi'ar forces in to take over the Ceded Territories. Ravenous's forces managed to resist the Shi'ar war efforts and thus Vulcan sent Strontian in to assassinate Ravenous.

Strontian was recently known in the Nova series for committing war crimes by killing Suki and multiple members of cohort 86.

Just one more tear to cry
One art drop that I buy
Your Nova saves them all
The middle of the fight
When inks make black-and-white
Enter, Shi'ar war:
"Remember volume four?"

And when Andrea Di Vito, I feel it
An artwork vision to see, ink was in it
I wave goodbye to Abnett Andy Lanning

Really nice movement here. But, I thought she was Moondragon!

She is really the Supergirl or Andromeda of the Legion for the Marvel Universe.
