DescriptionAnother great OAX 2024 pickup! Clay's work is so well crafted, especially when you know the struggle and meticulousness that goes into it. I've been wanting to get a page of his and meeting him at OAX was the perfect opportunity. I love being able to purchase a page directly from the artist and discuss the work. I got a chance to chat with Clay several times during the OAX weekend and get to know him better. He's a great guy and I look forward to his next project.11x17 pen and ink on Bristol Social/Sharing |

OAX could have promoted his appearance more! This is a pretty cleverly constructed page with some great design elements. The Catwoman shadow over the hand cracking the safe is really precise and compact storytelling. Phantasm and Helena... Wow!

I didn't realize he would be at OAX until I saw his table. He said he was somewhat last minute. I was just glad to see him there!

I didn't even connect the dots to think that Clay might have pages from this series, so I didn't stop by his table. Great inking work on display here, and nice to see Phantasm showing up outside of the animated movie. Congrats on the pickup!

Didn't know he went to that OAX show last year. Also, that's a nice page!

I think he was a last minute addition and not announced. I was surprised, but delighted, to see him there. He was a great guy to chat with too!
