Description

I absolutely love Billy's rendition of Felicia Hardy from Heroes for Hire, so I asked for her at Pittsburgh Comicon. Billy was unfortunately swamped that weekend, so he offered to do it at home. I was finally able to pick up the completed piece at Baltimore.
