Robert McGinnis has to be the master of the "Who cares about the mystery just show us the girl covers" that populated especially the 1960's. This cover is from the Mike Shayne novel Guilty as Hell.
There are two excellent books out about McGinnis's Remarkable career . His familky also sells prints of some of his paintings - just Drop Robert McGinnis into Google to find the site,
