The Stuff of Legend Volume II: The Jungle cover

This is a beautiful cover to the first chapter of The Jungle storyline by Charles Paul Wilson III. Depicting the toys on the cover as opposed to their realized forms, which are used in the vast majority of the interior pages, is a nice touch and adds a bit of levity to the dark stories within. It came with an alternate background for the cityscape which was added to the published version.

I’ve personally read through Book 4 of the saga and am waiting for the final omnibus edition before I start Book 5. I’m praying the last chapter is finally released this year or next. If you haven’t given it a shot yet, Wilson’s art is well worth the price of admission.
