Why are we weeping for Wildfire? He's pure energy which can never be destroyed!
Which means that as we saw in the "Legend Of The Dead Earths " he outlives all his teammates. He can never have a physical relationship so he is doomed to exsist but not truly live & love...so "We Weep For Wildfire " or at least I do..

Not in the slightest. I firmly believe that love is stronger than death. Without the physical connections we did see how disconnected from reality Element Lad became as eons passed in Legion Lost opus. And that let to tragedy all round especially in the case of Monstress
