Interesting seeing whats behind the paste up.
I don't think Tartaglione brought out the best finishes of Don's work, IMHO. But the layout and action oriented character poses save this opening page. A very acceptable, solid effort by Don !!

Cool splash by Dazzling Don which had nothing whatsoever to do with the assassin story...but I did love the Zodiac from issues 121 and 122. It was good I started with Avengers #147 so I didn't have to experience the dreaded doom deadline in real time as a kid! I loved the 1970s and I love this splash Steve!
