DescriptionFeaturing the first appearance of the Ultimate Hobgoblin! Though to be fair, i don't care too much about first appearances in art, I just got it because I 1) love Spider-Man 2) love Mark Bagley's art on all things Spider-Man and 3) I love the Ultimate Spidey series! But yeah, I thought this was a super cool piece as Harry Osborn only just transformed into the villain while our hero looks on in horror!Social/Sharing |

It seems you can't film a Coke or a Pepsi commercial without bursting into flames.

Really gorgeous work by Bagley and Hanna. I also don't care what appearance this is, it's just an amazing, widescreen image from a great series and that's all that matters. Nice, dude!

It's a great action DPS by Bagley! Normally, the DPS used by Bendis involve long talking sequences, so one where Bagley can cut loose is special!

After a night of drinking we've all had this moment!
Great atmosphere and impact to this big, beastly beauty!

Stunning DPS by Mark Bagley! Man, I just love Bagley's Spider-Man! He reminds me more of Ditko's Spidey than anyone else's, and that's a good thing. Fantastic layout on this DPS. I love seeing Spidey, rearing back in surprise as Harry Osborn completes his transition into the new, Ultimate Hobgoblin! Scott Hanna's inks on this DPS really add to the drama of the scene. Great spot blacks thorughout! Fabulous pick-up, congrats!

Superb, highly dramatic and detailed Bagley USM splash, Simon! Fantastic inks by Scott, achieving a great black/white balance, with lots of great visual details for the viewer to appreciate. That huge hulking Hobgoblin must just explode off the page, and I can imagine the effect on the viewer is similar to Peter's, in-person! What a barn-burner - gorgeous! Congrats, Simon!
