Description
Justice League of America (2006) #50 Pages 20-21 DPS

Pencils by Mark Bagley
Inks by Rob Hunter (Norm Rapmund is also credit as an inker for this issue, but I asked Rob if he remembered who inked these pages and he's almost certain it was him. He said the giveaway was the tape and thats how he would always tape his double pagers. Original Tape!)

Justice League vs Crime Syndicate! The Green Lantern of Earth 9 comes to give a warning to the Justice League that the Crime Syndicate has been invading and conquering other Earths and will soon come to theirs. And almost on cue, they immediately show up, at first surprised to see that the Justice League on this Earth has different members from what they remember, but they immediately move past that and start an all out brawl. Johnny Quick speed blitzes Jesse Quick and the Earth 9 Green Lantern. Superwoman identifies Donna as an Amazon and shows her excitement at getting to hunt another of her kind since she killed all of the other Amazons on her Earth. Supergirl and Ultraman fight in the air, and the DPS ends with a quick sight into a flashback of what the Crime Syndicate were doing one hour before invading Earth 1, and it seems Owlman and Superwoman were having a fun time over a pile of money. I love the Crime Syndicate, I always think its really fun when they show up, so happy to get a page from their storyline in this JLA run!

These one on one match ups are raising eyebrows!  Glitz galore linework from Bagley who makes the panel shapes fit the thrust of the action!
