Yep, That's a prime (One and done) example of Powell. BTW it's been in a private collection for the last 50 years.

Amazing page indeed! It could have been an inspiration for the classic horror movie "The Pit and the Pendulum" by Roger Corman, based on the famous Poe's short story and released about 7 years later.
