From the Denis Kitchen Collection! When I saw the Denis Kitchen collection was being sold with Heritage Auctions I hoped to pick up a piece. I was traveling at the time the auctions were ending, which led to buying wifi on my flight home, which was a bit spotty. After missing on a few pieces I was very happy to win this great comics and music themed piece, April 2024.

This is artist, musician Robert Armstrong's art for the Mickey Rat #2 Back Cover featuring an advertisement for Ordinary Records, which was Robert Crumb's record label under Kitchen Sink Press. The back cover features an ad for the record label's "River Blues" pressed as a 78 RPM record and was published in 1972.
