DescriptionAnother masterpiece by Manix! I have been a huge fan of Manix for a while, and I got an amazing Captain America commission from him in 2023. During Bill's 80s themed show with Jiggy and the Next Comic Art crew, I saw this Manix piece and I knew I had to have it. Not only am I a huge fan of Thundercats, but I loved Manix's take on them. The way all the characters are portrayed, their facial expressions, the way he drew the logo by hand, the colors that he used... Just an incredible piece! And the best part? I actually got to pick the piece up in person from Manix when he was in the area and we had a great time!!!UPDATE: Dynamite decided to turn this into a published cover for Thundercats 7! :) Social/Sharing |

Manix Magic, I love to see what he does with his imagination of main stream and even obsecure characters that he does in his commissions.

Okay, this one immediately vaults to the top of the list of my favourite Manix pieces, and given that I never had any connection to Thundercats and therefore no nostalgic sentiment towards the property, I can also say that this is now probably my all-time favourite Thundercats illustration!
