DescriptionBryan has done some amazing covers for Captain America and related titles over the years, and Man Out Of Time was no exception. This cover not only shows Captain America in his classic uniform, but he also did a great job rendering all the warplanes from different eras with amazing detail. I was so lucky to be able to add this to my collection! The cover is a little bit larger than 11x17 so this image is slightly cropped, because Bryan just likes to work on large paper!!Shortly after OAX, Bill Cox reached out to me saying he had picked up several pieces of art from Bryan that he would be selling, and there were a few Cap covers in there. Of course, I couldn't say no and I had to get them, and this was one of them! Thanks Bill!!! Social/Sharing |

Neary over Davis is great, but on Hitch's Cap it's on another level! Really nice how the shield is positioned so that everyone not familiar with the plane designs behind Cap will carry the same insignia.

Who would you say draws the best shield, Alberto?
Ooooh good question! I This might be blasphemy, but I think I'd go with Jurgens... I loved Kirby but I feel he drew the shield way too big at times, and I like Romita Jr but I feel he drew the shield too small.... so I am going to stick with Jurgens, although Cassaday gets some votes too... There, I said it!

Sometimes porridge is too hot, and sometimes it is too cold, but sometimes it is JUST right!

A wonderfully designed cover with a beautiful full-body figure of Cap. Many congrats, Alberto!
