Description
33x43. China su cartoncino. Firmata.
Born in Vignola, in the province of Modena, in 1958, this author is mainly known for his imagination, whose dominant themes are “image”, “eros”, “sensuality” and “love”. He is also considered one of the masters of global erotic comics thanks to his female characters born in the Italian magazine “Blue” (Ginger & Rogers, Angela, Chiara Rosenberg, etc.). It was in 1982 that Baldazzini published his first professional comic book story in the magazine Orient Express. Since then, he has begun a series of numerous collaborations, notably with the screenwriter D. Brolli, with whom he created the character of Alan Hassad, and with L. Canossa, that of Stella Noris. Then, with Granata Press, he published Ombre d'Amore, 31-12-1999, Jim - a story by P. Cacucci -, Fixtown and Streghe & Santarelline (Witches and Holy Nitouches). He then published with Kappa Editions, and worked with screenwriters such as E. La Spisa – Sweet Susy -, C.Pes – Ines la ragazza pneumatica (Inès, the pneumatic girl), and D. Brolli – Stella Noris and Trans-Est . He has also produced campaigns for ERG, AXE, Salvarani and TIM, as an advertising designer. Numerous exhibitions have also been held at Mondo Bizzarro Gallery in Rome. He regularly sees his albums released in the United States, by the publisher NBM, as well as in France by Dynamite. Also in France, Delcourt reissued this year a color version by Chiara Rosenberg. Since then, he has collaborated with Dargaud on the series Des Dieux et Des Hommes, on a script by Jean-Pierre Dionnet. Furthermore, he broadened his artistic experiences, taking up painting, digital art and photography. He has also had several personal exhibitions in Italy, France and the United States. Baldazzini is an artist who never stops expressing his creativity in different sectors, contributing each time with the innovative spirit of his personal style.
