Description

Season 3 Episode #1 "Wanted: The Superfriends" from the Super Friends cartoon in the mid-70's. This was the season called Challenge of the Super Friends where there were real comic villains battling the heroes.

Pg 69 of the story shows Superman capturing the Bizarro person who was driving the Street Cleaner and locking him in a phone booth.

This is seen around timestamp 14:43 of the episode.
