This is two animation cels from the intro to Season 1 of the Super Friends around 1974. This scene introduces the junior superfriends Marvin and Wonder Dog.

Really cool for anyone who watched Superfriends as a kid and fantasized themselves in the cartoon as one of the kids to fight along the Justice League.  Although most imagined themselves as one of the actual Justice League.
