Out of costume, Captain Cold goes to visit Iris Allen!!!

So, why this page? It has no superheroes. In fact, it's little more than a man going across town. BUt, it's how he gets there that makes this such a fun page.

For me, first panel, the bad guy in black, looking sinister in the mirror sold me.
Beyond that, it's all the little details.

Panel 3, there are cars on the overpass.
Panel 4, every shingle on the roof is drawn. No shortcuts!!! Not to mention, little dots showing roof wear! Who puts that level of effort into a single panel these days?
