Description
I saw this cover in a recent show that Bill did with Linsner, and I really liked it, so I was happy to be able to claim it! I already have a few Linsner pieces in my collection, and I really appreciate his use of colors (they really pop in person), as well as his composition. I loved this piece because it's not your usual combat pose, but the fact that it shows Red Sonja from behind, walking down a dock, with skulls on it, with the water and the islands/mountains in the background, I just thought it was beautiful! Another Dynamite cover by Linsner!

The use of red is astounding!  From the red hair to the thin outlines that accentuate every curve and peak, Linsner is in fine form.

A walk down the boardwalk with trepidation, leading to the greatest thing in illustration: SKULLS!
