Description
JLA 80-Page Giant #2 Page 63 (Or Page 64 if you count the book's table of contents as Page 1, which the book seemed to do for the numbering on the pages themselves, since you can see the 64 on the bottom, but the labeling on the top margins didn't and calls this Page 63)

Pencils by David Boller
Inks by Andrew Hennessy

JLA 80 Page Giant was an irregular series that usually contained 7-8 short stories featuring various members of the Justice League (or at least, a Justice League). This splash page is from one of the stories of JLA 80 Page Giant #2 titled Tour of Duty that feature the Justice Legion Alpha from the 853rd century that was explored in the DC One Million storyline. In this time, the galaxy is defended by the Justice Legion who's members are descendants from the Justice League and Legion of Super-Heroes that we're familiar with. The Justice Legion itself is made of multiple teams, the premiere team being Justice Legion Alpha which contain the counterparts of the core Justice League members. Each member of Justice Legion Alpha has guardianship over their own planet.

In this story, Tour of Duty, Justice Legion Superman guardian of Earth, gets visited by an invader from another galaxy and gives him a tour of the solar system, visiting each planet and exhibiting the strength of the Justice Legion member who defends it. In this page, Superman takes the invader to Venus, the planet defended by the Justice Legion's Wonder Woman. We see a scene playout of Wonder Woman sparring with three other Amazons, and Superman notes how it is a privilege to be able to visit since Venus is a planet fully occupied by the Amazons of Themyscira and Men are usually forbidden from entering. And I agree since I consider it a privilege to own this page!

Yes!  It's hard to come up with intellectual superlatives when the obvious bad girl battle is speaking so forthrightly to something else that stirs within the audience!
